When will my kit be shipped?

We ship our kits on the 20 th of each month or if the 20 th falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped on the first business day after.

When will my membership begin?

The month your membership begins is determined by the date you join. If you join on or before the 20 th, your membership will begin with the current kit. If you join after the 21 st, your membership will begin with the next month’s kit

What happens if I don’t like the featured kit?

Our aim is to provide you with lots of great kit choices. If you don’t want the featured kit, you can choose a substitute kit. Just go to the Kits page and select the one you want. If you really don’t want any of the kits that are available, then go to the Contact Us page and send us an email. If you choose to skip, your membership will be extended one month.

If I am a member of Scrap‘Til Dawn (The Big kit), can I substitute the featured kit with the Scrap ‘Til Midnight kit or vice versa?

Yes, absolutely. Just choose the kit you would like from the Kits page, sit back and look forward to all the goodies to arrive at your door. Note that your membership will be extended for one month and will be charged the corresponding amount of your current membership. For example, if you have joined Scrap ‘Til Dawn for three months and want a Scrap ‘Til Midnight kit, you will be charged $16.50, which is the current rate for the Scrap ‘Til Midnight 3 month membership.

What happens at the end of my membership?

After the initial membership period (3 or 6 month members), you will continue to receive kits month to month at the 6 month membership price -- $35/Dawn kits and $15/Midnight kits. You may skip or substitute as much as you want.

How much do Special Edition kits cost for members?

The cost for Special Edition kits is the same as your membership level. For example, if you are a 3 month member of the Dawn kit, then you will be charged $38.00 for Special Edition Dawn kit or $16.50 for a Special Edition Midnight kit.

Do Special Edition or past kits count toward my membership?

Yes, any substitutions you make or any additional kits that you purchase count towards your membership. For example, if you have just joined for 6 months and you buy the featured kit plus 1 additional past kit, then you need to buy just 4 more kits to fulfill your membership.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $6.25 per kit. Shipping on any additional kits will be just $1.50/kit if they are shipped together with your monthly kit. International shipping will be actual cost.

When will my credit card be billed?

Credit cards will be billed 2-3 days before shipping. If you order any additional kits your card will be charged at the time of the order.

Do you offer any ideas on how to use my kit?

Yes. We have several designs for each kit in the Gallery page.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Money orders. Money orders must be received before your kit will be shipped.

When will your website be updated?

We will post the next month's kit on the 15th of the month. You will have until the 18th to substitute other kits. If you have not chosen an alternate kit by the 18th, then you will receive the featured kit for the month. But don’t forget to check back for other mid-month surprises!

Do you offer gift subscriptions?

Yes. Send us an email and we will be happy to arrange a gift subscription for you.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required to collect sales tax for kits shipped to Illinois only.
